Remote hardware check
Send photos of model labels and connectors on the scanner, printer, drawer and current register.
For Vietnamese entrepreneurs in Czechia
Staff sell in a language they understand, customers receive clear Czech-facing product names, and moving from an old register does not mean starting over.
No automatic requirement to replace all existing hardware
Keep what still works
Sen Kasa starts by checking the devices and data you already have. We recommend replacing only what is genuinely incompatible.
Send photos of model labels and connectors on the scanner, printer, drawer and current register.
Import products, prices, VAT, stock and barcodes with a preview before anything is saved.
Try Sen Kasa on one checkout while the existing system remains available as the fallback.
We do not call hardware compatible until the exact interface and model are known.
Print through a network address or a compatible Bluetooth printer.
The first grocery target; confirmed on physical hardware before live use.
Require a specific protocol and metrology review; excluded from the first pilot promise.
One item, two contexts
An internal name makes the shift faster. The receipt name can be set separately for customers and accountants without rewriting sales history.
Not every business works the same way
Scanner-first checkout, barcodes, flexible pricing, inventory and fast unknown-item creation.
↗Catalog, tables, tabs, courses and kitchen workflows appear only when the profile needs them.
↗Services, customers and straightforward payment without restaurant features in the way.
↗Evidence over slogans
Ordinary selling remains separate from fiscal registration. EET is currently held in a controlled test posture, with protocol version, test date and known limitations to be published clearly.
Online submission, outage, retry, server rejection, refund and certificate scenarios on both platforms.
A missing certificate or EET configuration must never block an ordinary POS sale.
Begin with a small group, observe results, and expand only when the evidence supports it.
We are recruiting the first group of merchants to complete the hardware, catalog and real-world operating migration together.
Common questions
Not necessarily. The exact model and connection determine whether it works directly, through an adapter, after software support, or should be replaced.
No. Production is locked. EET testing is clearly marked Playground until the official and release verification paths are complete.
Ordinary POS operation is local-first so the shift does not depend on perfect connectivity. Sync and backup scope are described separately.
The first pilot focuses on standard barcode workflows. Direct scale integration requires separate protocol and metrology validation.
