ENGLISH — CONTROLLING VERSION

These Terms govern use of Sen Kasa provided by N S Vu, Fijnjekade 187, 2521DT 's-Gravenhage. Contact: support@senkasa.com.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

You accept these Terms when you create a Sen Kasa account. Registration asks you to confirm, with an explicit tick box, that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy; the account is not created until you do. You must be at least 18 years old, and if you register on behalf of a business you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

We record that acceptance: your account identifier, which document version you accepted, the language you read it in, whether you registered on the website or in the iOS or Android app, and the time. We keep that record for as long as your account exists and for as long afterwards as we must be able to evidence the agreement. No IP address or device fingerprint is stored with it.

Each document carries a version, shown as the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. When we publish a material change we will tell you before it takes effect, and we may ask you to accept the new version before you continue to use Sen Kasa. If you do not accept it you may stop using the service and close your account; continuing to use Sen Kasa after a change takes effect means you accept the current version.

2. Product and EET status

Sen Kasa is a point-of-sale app for small businesses. Czech EET 2.0 fiscal registration is built into the app but is inactive in the current release and will be activated within the app when the mandate takes effect. Until we expressly enable production EET, the app does not perform fiscal registration and does not transmit sales to any tax authority. You must not rely on the app, or a receipt it produces, to meet a tax, accounting, fiscal, payment, or recordkeeping obligation.

3. Sen Kasa account

Sen Kasa Pro requires a Sen Kasa account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information. A Sen Kasa account gives you access to your merchant profile, staff management, device registrations, and subscription entitlement across the app and website. The free Sen Kasa Quick mode continues to operate locally without an account.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful operation of your business, accuracy of products, VAT, prices, receipts, customer records, permissions, credentials, certificates, backups, and integrations. Obtain independent tax, accounting, legal, and payment-provider advice. Keep your device, certificate, password, account credentials, and staff access secure.

5. Sen Kasa Pro subscription and billing sources

Sen Kasa Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that may include an introductory free trial. You may obtain Sen Kasa Pro through one of the following billing sources; you may only have one active paid subscription at a time:

5a. Apple App Store

iOS purchases use Apple in-app purchase under Apple's terms. The subscription renews automatically for the stated billing period until cancelled, and your Apple ID account is charged at the start of each renewal period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To manage or cancel: open the App Store, tap your account, and select Subscriptions → Sen Kasa. Refund requests must be made through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot process App Store refunds or cancellations on your behalf.

5b. Google Play

Android purchases use Google Play Billing under Google's terms. The subscription renews automatically and your Google account is charged at the start of each renewal period. To manage or cancel: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, and select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sen Kasa. Refund requests must be made through Google Play. We cannot process Google Play refunds or cancellations on your behalf.

5c. Stripe (website purchase)

Website purchases are processed by Stripe Managed Payments under Stripe's terms. To manage or cancel: sign into your Sen Kasa account on the website and open the subscription management page, which provides access to the Stripe Customer Portal. You may also contact support@senkasa.com for billing assistance. Website pricing may differ from store pricing. Website purchases are available only through the authenticated Sen Kasa website; they cannot be initiated from inside the mobile apps.

5d. Complimentary access

Some accounts may receive complimentary Sen Kasa Pro access granted at our discretion. Complimentary access may be time-limited or permanent, and may be revoked by us. No payment is required. Complimentary access does not create a billing relationship with Apple, Google, or Stripe.

5e. Entitlement across sources

Your Sen Kasa Pro access is determined by the aggregate of all valid billing sources on your account. If one source expires, is cancelled, or is revoked, your access remains active as long as another valid source grants it. A cancelled subscription preserves access until the end of the paid period. You may view your effective billing source, status, and period dates in the app or on the website.

6. Integrations and backups

Sen Kasa Cloud backup is optional and currently requires an account owner to initiate a backup. Its supported scope is shown in the app and may not include every local record. Restore replaces the supported local business data after confirmation; keep independent exports appropriate to your business until the app confirms complete recovery support. Payment, printer, and accounting integrations may be provided by third parties and remain subject to their own terms. No backup or integration guarantees uninterrupted availability or replaces your legal record-retention responsibilities.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, reverse engineer except where law permits, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful data, overload endpoints, or use playground mode as production evidence. You must have authority to process all business and customer data you enter.

8. Availability and changes

Early-access features may change, be unavailable, or be removed. We may update the app, website, and these Terms. We will not intentionally represent a feature as production-ready when it is not.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the early-access app and website are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, production EET compliance, payment acceptance, tax compliance, data recovery, or compatibility with every printer, provider, or device. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability must be reviewed and adapted by counsel for your jurisdiction and customer type.

10. Termination and contact

You may stop using the app and website at any time. You may delete your account through the website portal. We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, or misuse reasons. Questions: support@senkasa.com. These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you another right or forum.

Podmínky používání

Tyto Podmínky přijímáte vytvořením účtu Sen Kasa: při registraci musíte výslovně zaškrtnout, že jste si přečetli tyto Podmínky i Zásady ochrany soukromí a souhlasíte s nimi. Bez toho účet nevznikne. Přijetí zaznamenáváme — verzi dokumentu, jazyk, platformu a čas. Při podstatné změně vás budeme informovat a můžeme vás požádat o nový souhlas.

Sen Kasa je v režimu předběžného přístupu. Dokud provozovatel výslovně nepovolí produkční EET, je EET neaktivní. Testovací odpověď ani účtenku nelze používat jako důkaz splnění daňové, účetní nebo fiskální povinnosti.

Sen Kasa Pro vyžaduje účet. Předplatné může být účtováno přes Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) nebo Stripe (web). Každý zdroj má vlastní postup správy a zrušení — podrobnosti v anglické verzi. Zrušení přes App Store/Google Play nelze provést za vás. Webové předplatné spravujete přes portál Stripe. Doplňkový přístup může být udělen nebo odebrán dle našeho uvážení.

Obchodník odpovídá za zákonnost provozu, správnost DPH, údajů, certifikátů, záloh a integrací. Spravovaná záloha Sen Kasa je volitelná, její aktuální rozsah je uveden v aplikaci a zatím nemusí zahrnovat všechny místní účetní záznamy. Účet můžete smazat přes webový portál. Před veřejným vydáním vyžaduje tento text právní kontrolu.

Gebruiksvoorwaarden

U aanvaardt deze voorwaarden bij het aanmaken van een Sen Kasa-account: bij registratie moet u uitdrukkelijk aanvinken dat u deze voorwaarden en het privacybeleid hebt gelezen en aanvaardt. Zonder dat wordt het account niet aangemaakt. Wij leggen die aanvaarding vast — documentversie, taal, platform en tijdstip. Bij een wezenlijke wijziging informeren wij u en kunnen wij opnieuw om uw akkoord vragen.

Sen Kasa bevindt zich in vroege toegang. Tenzij wij uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk melden dat productie-EET is ingeschakeld, is EET niet actief. Een testbon of testantwoord mag niet worden gebruikt als bewijs dat aan een fiscale, boekhoudkundige of belastingverplichting is voldaan. In Nederland geldt geen verplichting tot een fiscale kassa of kassakeurmerk; u blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor een volledige en controleerbare administratie en voor de wettelijke bewaartermijn.

Sen Kasa Pro vereist een account. Het abonnement kan worden afgerekend via Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) of Stripe (web). Elke bron heeft een eigen manier van beheren en opzeggen — zie de Engelse versie voor de details. Een abonnement via de App Store of Google Play kunnen wij niet namens u opzeggen. Webabonnementen beheert u via het Stripe-portaal. Aanvullende toegang kan naar ons oordeel worden verleend of ingetrokken.

De ondernemer is verantwoordelijk voor de rechtmatigheid van de bedrijfsvoering, voor de juiste btw, gegevens, certificaten, back-ups en koppelingen. De door Sen Kasa beheerde back-up is optioneel; de huidige omvang staat in de app vermeld en omvat mogelijk nog niet alle lokale boekhoudkundige gegevens. U kunt uw account verwijderen via het webportaal. Deze tekst vereist juridische toetsing vóór publicatie.

Điều khoản sử dụng

Bạn chấp nhận Điều khoản này khi tạo tài khoản Sen Kasa: lúc đăng ký, bạn phải tự đánh dấu xác nhận đã đọc và đồng ý với Điều khoản này cùng Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Chưa đánh dấu thì tài khoản chưa được tạo. Chúng tôi lưu lại việc chấp nhận đó — phiên bản văn bản, ngôn ngữ, nền tảng và thời điểm. Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo và có thể hỏi lại sự đồng ý của bạn.

Sen Kasa đang ở giai đoạn truy cập sớm. Trừ khi chúng tôi thông báo rõ bằng văn bản rằng EET sản xuất đã được bật, EET chưa được kích hoạt. Không được dựa vào biên lai hoặc phản hồi thử nghiệm để đáp ứng nghĩa vụ thuế, kế toán hay tài chính.

Sen Kasa Pro yêu cầu tài khoản. Đăng ký có thể được thanh toán qua Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) hoặc Stripe (web). Mỗi nguồn có cách quản lý và hủy riêng — xem chi tiết trong bản tiếng Anh. Chúng tôi không thể hủy hoặc hoàn tiền cho đăng ký qua App Store/Google Play thay bạn. Đăng ký web được quản lý qua cổng Stripe. Quyền truy cập miễn phí có thể được cấp hoặc thu hồi theo quyết định của chúng tôi.

Người bán chịu trách nhiệm về hoạt động kinh doanh hợp pháp, DPH/VAT, dữ liệu, chứng chỉ, bản sao lưu và tích hợp. Sao lưu do Sen Kasa quản lý là tùy chọn; phạm vi hiện tại được hiển thị trong ứng dụng và có thể chưa bao gồm mọi hồ sơ kế toán cục bộ. Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản qua cổng web. Văn bản cần được luật sư tại Czech/EU rà soát trước khi phát hành công khai.
